Very nice and clean room...

Liked: Everything was nearby and walkable distance, the app made entering to our building and room very easy and very easy to communicate as well.

Nice facilities and friendly staff....

Liked: The hotel was in a beautiful location, modern rooms, comfortable bed, and very friendly staff. They tried to help us with our issue with the heating but we didn’t manage.
Disliked: We had issues with the heating, the room was too hot for the whole time (25C/77F) and we didn’t manage to get it fixed. Bathroom with glass wall and no proper door is a bit too design focused but not very functional

Comfortable, tasteful hotel in central...

Liked: I always find the quality of Sonder properties to be excellent. This was a comfortable, tastefully decorated room in a convenient location in the heart of Toronto, for a great price. Accessing the building with my code was easy, and the luggage storage was secure and easy too.
Disliked: Bathroom is frosted glass, which is uncomfortable if staying with another person as doesn't feel fully private. In addition, bathroom door was very heavy and opened at a weird angle.

Amazing apartment

Liked: Wow. What a room. For that price, in downtown Toronto, within an easy walk to the Skydome and Scotiabank Arena, it's amazing.
Disliked: Two oddities to be aware of--the full size windows peer into your neighbor's apartments. OK. But the shower is a platform shower in the middle of the bedroom and in full view of other apartments unless you draw all of the curtains. Kind of like a strip club?! It was also tough to adjust. I didn't enjoy the shower.

Great location

Liked: Fantastic location and super friendly and helpful staff. We were in 303 and there was a wee fridge and tea/coffee making facilities. The bath was super deep and the shower fabulous. A 15 min walk to the CN Tower and right in the heart of the entertainment district. Luggage storage on floor 2 was accessible up to 10pm after check out which was brilliant.
Disliked: The lift is lined with a textured wood which smells a bit sweaty.

Liked: Easy to locate, modern, plenty of bars & eateries nearby
Disliked: A bit noisy from traffic below but with ear plugs, it’s fine
