Liked: Location was great, so close to Kensington Gardens and places to eat, coffee etc. Very quiet, clean and comfortable room and breakfast was great.

Liked: Pillows poor quality Bed very soft.Carb heavy breakfast No room cleaning.Broken tile on the bathroom floor Smelly bathroom Couldn't open any windows, got very stuffy. good location though

Liked: Location is amazing and the hotel is good overall. The room was simple but correct, didn’t feel small although it was just for one. Apart from this I’m happy with the experience. Staff were all very nice and always helpful.
Disliked: I missed a shower screen in the bathroom and more plug-ins in the room

Liked: Super comfy bed, decent shower and a nice view. Pleasant enough for a solo traveller. The Breakfast bread and pastries were a bit stale and it was a shame that the juicer wasn’t working. I’d definitely stay again. The mattress was perfect and the linen smelled lovely and fresh.
Disliked: The breakfast selection wasn’t great.
