Liked: Location in NYC is perfect for tourists. Close to transport, middle of everything interesting in NYC, nice park at the corner, places to eat (Eataly).Staff generally helpful, depends of the persons, some of the guys extremely nice an helpful with infos and tips, other just normal.Rooms small though this is a good place to sleep only, but…
Disliked: …But the beds are extremely soft so if you love your spinal cord you have problem….

Disliked: The construction on the roof was so loud. Started way too early. Music from room bar came down the elevator shaft loudly

Disliked: This hotel looked nothing like the photos online. It was so unclean and disgusting that I asked to move rooms once thinking it was just this room, but the second room was just as bad. Hair in the bed, sticky substances on all of the floors, dripping and splattered substances all over the bathroom walls, mould in the shower. Disgusting. Did not feel clean or comfortable walking around the room. In my whole stay (3.5 weeks) the room was only going to be cleaned 3 times unless I wanted to pay extra. When I arrived and was shocked at how misled I was online and tried to sort out some kind of solution, I was told I would be partially refunded, only for that to be revoked half an hour later, and was told there was nothing that could be done. Would never stay here again.
