Liked: How close it was to high streets
Disliked: Bathroom was dirty, mold on the shower, dust on bathroom light fixtures, they never cleaned our room for entire stay. There was no telephone in our room so we couldn’t call for room service to request more towels. There was only one working elevator which made wait times long. I was told their staff wasn’t always at reception desk when I asked about shipping items to hotel however during my stay I always saw employees at front desk accepting packages. They told me to ship my items to the incorrect address so I never got my packages and on top of all this they tried to charge me extra for an early check in. The hotels policy of pay up front without any cancellation options is ridiculous and unfair. 0 out of 10 do not recommend anyone staying here

I would consider staying again...

Liked: Location was amazing! The room was very modern and nice.
Disliked: The bedsheets. They were thin as napkins including the duvet, which was insubstantial. And just made the sleeping experience a really bad one and uncomfortable because it didn’t provide warmth. Tossing and turning to keep myself warm all night.

Liked: I love the location of this hotel. The rooms are decent size for New York City hotel. The staff was so sweet as well
Disliked: I didn't like the room was not completely spotless. The toilet broke and there was water everywhere. They did come up and fix it in about an hour so it wasn't terrible.
