Clean, great location. Couldn’t have...

Liked: Fantastic location, super close to South Kensington station, but just far enough so its quiet. Beautiful building, gorgeous centre room. Lifts and staircase options. Room was small (as expected in London) but just perfect for us. Bathroom was clean, lots of outlets; super happy!
Disliked: One slight negative, is the lack of daily cleans/changes of linen. This is made clear at booking, and wasn’t a problem for us, but if this is something you’re after in a hotel, I would go elsewhere. Fresh linens/towels can be requested, however a clean comes at a charge. Again, not a problem for us, but the “breakfast” is a small selection of baked goods, a small bowl of fruit and push button coffee - don’t expect a full english.

Enjoyed the return after 5...

Liked: I have been coming to the hotel since my hotel times for 16 years. Love the location. The beds, shower, room all very comfortable.. Lot’s of alternatives close by.
Disliked: Some issues with broken light switches. Breakfast very basic but ok

Not comfortable

Liked: The location was great and the staff SUPER kind and helpful
Disliked: The room was very small and everything was tight not enough space for two luggages. The tv was too low so anything that was on table was in the way. The coffee machine and water took up too much space. The shower faucet was broken and there was no place to put the shampoo and conditioner but on the shower floor. The drains were slow both in the shower and in the sink. We also didn’t know this was like a self serve no cleaning eco type of hotel. The breakfast was kind of scarce with its selections also. The bed was too soft and lumpy
