Basic but adequate

Liked: Location vicinity to the RM hospital. Room was clean, functional and adequate.
Disliked: Room space and bed quite small but overall it did the job.Breakfast experience was disappointing, all pastries had gone by 9 o/c with some guests greedily taking more than they needed. I had to ask a fellow guest how to operate the tea/coffee machines. The female staff seemed quite miserable and not particularly welcoming.

Disliked: The sound was awful. People the walls are thin. room like the pipes etcI walked in and the staff saw us keying in our code and walked off so we were not greeted

Liked: Great position near the city centre, few minutes from the nearby Underground station. Staff very friendly, always ready to help. Breakfast very good, simple but fully sufficient, with great fresh orange juice. The room was clean and quiet. Ideal place for a couple on a short vacation in London. We can highly recommend.
Disliked: Everything was very good. And if not, we quickly forgot about it.
