Pretty horrible

Liked: Arrived to hotel and couldn’t gain access. I called number provided on door and they didn’t answer. I was waiting outside for sometime. Room was excessively hot, window wouldn’t stay open as was broken. All in all a very poor experience

Liked: Great location. Quiet. Breakfast was ok. Cleanliness is ok.
Disliked: No bed side lighting. Not enough plugs by the bed. The double room is far too small for 2 people. The lack of proper lighting was a bigger issue for us. I noticed that in the other room where my nephew stayed the bedside lights turned on at the same time as ceiling lighting.

Liked: Good location, nice, calm neigborhood. Restaurants, metro station is about 10 minutes away.
Disliked: Room was very small, no table or chair to sit or put your things. The TV, lamp and paintings were hanging crookedly.In the shower, there was only big shower head attached to the top, very inconvenient.Smell from breakfast place (coffe and toast) was going all over the room, something not right with the ventilation.There were no hot meal options on breakfast, only some fruits, joghurts, croissants and bread. Only good thing was freshly squeezed orange juice.
