Liked: The staff where ever so helpful and accommodating.Great location, transport links or a walk into the town centre.Great cafe round the corner for brekky too.Clean & good value for money.Would definitely stay again.

Liked: Decent standard of accommodation, neat & tidy, and clean. Perfectly adequate for my 1 night stay.
Disliked: Check-in - continuous, passive aggressive messages demanding that I check-in on-line - by uploading my passport & a photo to their website. Completely unnecessary and invasive - and a demand that is conspicuously missing from the listing. Only after making a complaint was I "allowed" to check-in in person. Put me right off what is otherwise quite a decent place. Location worked for me - 30 minute walk to the venue for my 2-day meeting - but it's not great otherwise, in relation to public transport.

Liked: The room had everything it needed. The furniture was modern and in good condition.
Disliked: There was a dehumidifier in the room which suggested it might have condensation or damp issues.

Disliked: No breakfast

Liked: Great location and minimum intrusion from staff.
Disliked: Bad smell from the drains in the bathroom, only scolding hot water from the shower and the fire alarm went off twice on two seperate days late in the evening.

Definitely worthy

Liked: I stayed for 5 nights, One of the best hotel experience so far in London. The room is small, but reeally cozy and clean. Good location. The stuff is very friendly and approachable! Super recommend.
