Liked: location was good, facilities were clean and modern
Disliked: hallway was under construction and not told that at time of booking and I have allergiesmain shower, handicapped shower did not have cold water, just hot so almost scalded myself! Very dangerous for a handicap person who might not have sensitivty or be able to get away from the scalding water fast enough. I reported it.suite was alot smaller than pictured!

Liked: The location was good, the facilities were impeccable. Also, the design of the apartment was comfortable for a couple. The unit was well-equipped, for example the bathroom was very tidy and it offered quality products. The apartment had everything you need.
Disliked: When we arrived at the unit, the AC controls were not working. It kept blowing cold air.

Annoyed by all the hoops...

Disliked: The team at Sonders and their web applications were a real problem.

Liked: The customer service was excellent, they helped us right away when we texted them. The stay was comfortable and very pleasant.
Disliked: Took a while to find the entrance from the parking garage due to renovation
