Hate the check in
Liked: There is no staff. They force you to download an app to check in. I don’t need more apps. I requested them to delete my account on the app after and that will take 30days.

Darkness
Disliked: My room was lightless. The windows were FROSTED GLASS to over my head and then faced a brick wall. NOTHING at all like any picture that was advertised for the Sonder ARCO. It was a complete bait and switch. The room was pitch black at noon. Awful and depressing.

Highly recommend...
Liked: I loved my room! It was spacious and the bathroom was huge. There is no front desk, so you will get all acces codes the day of your stay. There is also no parking, but there is a lot across the street that cost $38 a day or you can park on the street. This hotel is located in such a fun part of the city. If you don't mind nightlife sounds, then you're good. There are lots of cute little shops and restaurants near by and Reading Terminal and the mall is about a 10 minute walk from the hotel. I would definitely stay here again.
