Well worth it, the rooms...

Liked: Great location in Philly. I never stayed at a Sonder before so the pre registering/check in and having everything in the app ready to go was so awesome.
Disliked: No complaints

Spacious room, good location. But...

Liked: Great location, spacious and clean room, comfortable bed. Felt safe, even though Philly at night does not feel overly safe.
Disliked: I hate having to check-in online before arrival and with having to upload a picture of my ID. If I would have known before, I would not have booked that property. Also, there is no one onsite if you’d have a question, problem, etc.

Liked: Clean, good location
Disliked: Elevator broke down the morning we were leaving, had to bring large amounts of luggage via stairs

Pleasant stay

Liked: Self check in was easy. Luggage storage very handy but limited. Spacious room and comfy bed.
Disliked: None of the coffee machines worked well (in room or lobby). The lift broke, and we saw that in other reviews that the problem must be pretty common.

Liked: very high ceilings. Clean room, easy to use door code system
Disliked: very dry climate, not humidifier. Shower drain was clogged.

Disliked: The room was very noisy and unsuitable for a hotel room. Do not stay in this hotel if you are not prepared to not get any sleep. All the rooms are the same because the noise comes from the air vents. The only solution they have is a white noise machine and ear plugs, which is laughable.Not having a reception is awful, especially if you are traveling from a abroad, as you need to call a US number to get assistance, for which the wait times can be long, which means that very quickly it will cost you a fortune in roaming charges.I would not stay in this hotel again.

Would recommend- nice and easy...

Liked: Great location right in the Gayborhood. Room was nice and the storage lockers were great and easy to use.
