Liked: It was super clean, very well-appointed and safe.
Disliked: No personnel onsite during our stay.

Disliked: A bit cold and we had trouble with the thermostat

Great location walkable to tons...

Liked: The location was excellent, and our apartment had a great balcony with a gorgeous view of the city. It was very clean, and I appreciated there were extra tissues, towels, and toilet paper in the bathroom. Also, each bedroom had a luggage rack, which was a really nice touch.
Disliked: Upon two different arrival times on Saturday morning and afternoon, there was no front desk attendant to help with luggage storage. There was a phone number to call for help, which was nice, but it wasn’t a great experience after a travel day. The bed in one of the bedrooms was quite firm, to the point of being somewhat uncomfortable. Additionally, our Sonder apartment had an odor to it upon walking in, along with one of the bathrooms and beds smelling a bit. Everything was VERY clean, but a scent really lingered.

Lovely stay for a weekend...

Liked: There was no breakfast included that I know of. Location is walking distance to restaurants. Bed was comfortable. We asked for extra towels and a blanket to use on the couch when watching TV and they were delivered a few hours later by a friendly staff member.
Disliked: View from room was of a fruit delivery station with lots of trucks and storage units but noise was not a factor (maybe because it was the weekend).
