Very good
Liked: The room was excellent, very well organized for a small space, clean and modern and comfortable. Good location with easy access to city and surrounding areas. Shame rooftop bar was closed i would have loved to sit up there with a beer and see the views

Beautiful facilities but surprised at...
Liked: The location and staff were exceptional.
Disliked: No toilet paper in the housekeeping closet. It was delivered to our room once in supply though.

Poorly maintained chain hotel and...
Liked: The location and surrounding area are great and the staff on the front counter were lovely when there.The rooms have chrome casting and it worked well.
Disliked: The photos as advertised on both booking.com and on their website do not accurately reflect what you’re actually getting. The room was dirty, beaten up and not good value for money at all. If you are considering booking this room, please note it is a chain hotel that is not managed at a high quality and will not be a relaxing experience. A few issues we identified with the room were as follows:Cleanliness:- the sheets and towels were stained and smelt.- The base sheet was too small for the bed so every time you sat on the bed it would come up, leaving us sleeping on the mattress protector. It also had a yellow tinge to it and it felt greasy. As there was no housekeeping service, we ended up having to use the top sheet as our base sheet.- we discovered on our last day that the duvet had an old blood stain on it (see photos).-there were black spots on the pillow covers and we were not sure if they were mould or old stains.- there was mould all through the bathroom and the shower had scum on the floor from the moment we arrived. There were also old hairs in the shower and on the bathroom floor that did not belong to us.- the room itself also smelt musky.What was advertised vs what you got:- the room on the website looked spacious while in real life it was so small we had to step over our open suitcase to get from one side of the room to the other.- there were scuff marks on the walls and chips in the furniture.- the hotel was located in-between two restaurants meaning there was constant noise in the evening. Noise included chairs scraping on the floors above us, music and people talking.- there were no balcony rooms as shown in the photos of the listings.-no glassware or beverages was provided in the room or hotel so we were given paper cups to use for tap water.- there was no housekeeping or room service option’s available despite the Otel being located between two restaurants.

Not worth the money
Liked: The room looks nice, though is quite small, very clean when we arrived, comfortable bed and sheets, nice design.
Disliked: The staff talked very superior, looked like they were bothered when asked for invoice and details. They refused to check in 40 min earlier than the exact hour of check in even though they told us that the room was ready. No housekeeping or refill for tea/coffee during our stay of 2 days. Reception is open only between 10AM and 6PM

Not good, and will not...
Liked: Lovely restaurant on the roof, friendly staff there, the food was delicious.The hotel is convenient to many locations. view from our window into the trees was very nice.
Disliked: On the first day we arrived at 7:30 am, we hoped to leave our bags and go walk around and find a place to eat but no one was on duty so we waited until 9:30 in the lobby. When a staff person finally arrived and he said we had to wait until 10 to stow our bags. customer service not a top priority. This also made it so we couldn't go eat breakfast or move from the lobby. (where there was also a leak from the ceiling that smelled) After a red eye flight this was really a terrible start to our vacation.Our room door was left wide open (to the door stop) when we were out one day. We did not know how long it had been open, the front desk said we must have not closed the door! which was simply not true. luckily nothing was stolen. Front desk staff was very nonchalant about it AND they were rude.

room price was over-rated for...
Liked: we were advised no breakfasts were offered w our room rate (so why are we being asked to rate for ‘breakfast’?)
Disliked: we were informed there wouldn t be ‘live’ staff at reception desk for late check in; we accepted that. but, in the morning on our way out, we found staff at reception desk, greeted w a ‘good morning’ but … we expressed our ‘regret’ not finding drinking water bottles, tea, coffee to brew w machines in the room nor milk/creamer … the male staff didn t look like he could care less ☹️ but a female staff in the back office who must have heard our conversation- came to the rescue and readily handed me a bunch of coffee pods & tea bags+ creamer packs, to respond to my request … moving forward, we might respectfully suggest water & other non-alcoholic, simple beverages (juices, for ex) be made available in the room fridge for guest/s’ ready consumption + to be recorded on a reliable hotel system + to be charged accordingly to guest/s on check-out… moreover the hotel ‘might’ start offering some kind of discount for parking facilities outside, for guests’ feeling of added welcome & comfort.
