A good location in Camridge
Liked: The hotel is well located n Central Square within easy walking distance of MIT and Harvard and with easy access to public transportation. There are many options for eating nearby. The room was large and very comfortable.
Disliked: It would be nice to have the front desk manned until later in the evening. A couple of minor needs arose when having someone on site would have helped. For instance, there was a need for more toilet paper after desk hours, and the supply areas on each floor yielded a roll after a search of all 3 floors. A guest should not have to contemplate a trip outside the hotel to a convenience store on a Sunday night for toilet paper. The supply areas were basically empty.

Attempt at being tech savvy,...
Liked: Centrally located in Cambridge & a short walk to the train station which gets you into the city. The bed was very comfortable.
Disliked: The check in process was deplorable & started our stay on a very sour note. You're asked to complete a questionnaire prior to arrival to apparently make the check in process easier, I can confirm that's not the case. I was told I would receive an email with my log in details 3 days prior to our stay which I never received. When we arrived at the hotel there was no one there to assist & as I'm travelling internationally i wasn't able to call the assistance number. I had to go into the restaurant next door & ask one of the waitresses if I could borrow theirs. When I did manage to get through to someone , it was evident it went to some random hotline & took forever doe the person on the other end to figure out my reason for calling. In that time, someone can back to the desk & notified me that it was his last day & he had been kicked out of access so wasn't able to assist me onsite. He was admittedly really lovely & managed to get someone to remotely login to finally get my access codes, but this was a half an hour process which should have taken less than 5 minutes. The access codes you receive are absurdly long & as expected, they are temperamental & often stop working (which we experienced first hand). Whilst I can appreciate the idea of this kind of hotel is attempting to modernise it's operation technologically & save costs on labour,, unfortunately it has not quite hit the mark.Another really annoying feature is the Chromecast capabilities as guests from other rooms can log into yours, which is what happened to us so we kept getting booted out of our streaming service.Unsure why they had 2x mirrors in the bathroom & no mirror in the main room. This proved to be really annoying trying to get ready in the morning if you're travelling as a couple & someone is in the bathroom (the room is very small so you have to be very strategic with your movements!!!).

The online check in process...
Liked: The room was fine.
Disliked: The hotel forces you to do an online check in to safe money but the check in is annoying and takes too long and requires you to download an app. A lot of amenities are only accessible through an app.
