Ideal for what I needed

Liked: Room spacious, very clean with a comfortable bed and excellent on suite facilities
Disliked: No tv signal so not able to watch any TV

Liked: Good communication from the owner regarding arrival & departure access & parking requirements. Room very clean, good temperature and superb on suite bathroom facilities.
Disliked: There was nothing to fault. The room information & reviews were found to be very useful & accurate. I would definately use again in future, if required.

Liked: Breakfast was very nice. Owner very pleasant, welcoming and helpful On suite modern but small.
Disliked: Bedroom decoration and furniture needs updating, no chair Hallway wallpaper lifting off the wall in places.Single glazed window which was cold and had condensation each morning.

Liked: Everything was supplied, not only the usual toiletries but even slippers. The Landlady was extremely friendly and went out of her way to ensure our stay was all that it could be.
Disliked: As it was an old building, the stairs were very steep.

Liked: The room was very clean and well supplied with whatever we needed. The guest house is really centrally located in Kendal, which makes it really easy to wander into town for dinner or if you need to visit a supermarket. The host was lovely - nothing was too much to ask of her and she remembered what we had for breakfast every day!
Disliked: We were in a room at the top of the house, which was quite warm. Luckily, there was a really good fan in the room which helped cool it off. Other than that, there's really nothing at all that we could complain about!
