Please buy new pillows

Liked: I love the location, the staff, the rooms, lobby, restaurant. The hotel is generally great. The biggest problem with this hotel is their pillows. They have cheap hard pillows and make it difficult to get a good night's sleep. In the end that is everything. You want a good nights sleep. Please invest in better pillows.
Disliked: THE PILLOWS! The worst. Hard and uncomfortable. Please invest in some new pillows.

Liked: That’s the only thing we did not get free breakfast include. We tried. We went in there to try to get free breakfast, but we didn’t have a voucher so they told us it wasn’t free complementary that was the only disappointing part and one of their employees was very rude at the breakfast part
Disliked: One of the kitchen employees he was rude and disrespectful to my spouse and because of the free breakfast, we did not know and he basically cut us off. He was a rude older man. He works in the kitchen area, I believe.
