Never again.

Liked: I got to lay my head at night.
Disliked: - No noise insulation… you hear all the crackheads screaming and the traffic revving - i kept getting woken up by this one amazing guy with his speaker that was walking around outside blasting techno at 4am- room smelled damp and moldy- staff barely speaks english- bedding is literally just a sheet and kept me freezing- toilet sounds like an explosion when flushing

Passable

Liked: This review is difficult. We had to fly to San Francisco for a visa application appointment, and were on a tight budget in a very expensive city, and I realize that you get what you pay for. This is a very basic 60's-ish motel. No amenities other than what was in the room. The room itself was actually ok - updated bathroom was clean, the bed comfortable enough, had a table to work at, microwave, mini-fridge. The blanket was the thinnest blanket I have ever seen. It would have been nice to have a thicker blanket or an extra blanket. It was a fairly convenient walk from the BART station and bus lines on Market St.
Disliked: The neighborhood feels pretty sketchy - especially on 9th Street. It's on the corner of 9th and Mission. If walking, we suggest getting there by walking on 7th or 8th, and then Mission to the Inn, rather than walking on 9th St. Also, our room was very loud, which was maybe just bad luck. We were next to the stairs and elevator. There was a group of guests in the room above us that talked loudly while making repeated trips up and down the stairs every half hour or so (perhaps to smoke?). Plus, the floor in their room (above us) squeaked loudly. I know that a hotel/motel can't always control over their guests. However, I had requested the upper floor when I made the reservation over 2 months prior to our stay, but we were not put on the upper floor (which would have helped with the noise level). Our situation required us to stay close to where our appointment was, as inexpensively as possible. It still seemed pretty expensive - but it was downtown San Francisco, And, as I said, the inside of the room itself was nicer than what the neighborhood or exterior seemed. So, a mixed bag.

This place discriminate against people...

Liked: I like the fact that the establishment was close to the event we were attending
Disliked: I am a person with disabilities and I use a scooter for mobility. As soon as I got into the establishment and stood in the disabled line, I was automatically told by the owner that I could not have My scooter in the office and I was asked to leave. I was discriminated against based on disability, racially profiled, and the police were called on me because I took My scooter into the office and stood in the disability line and refused to leave . When the cops came, the policeman told the owner that I had a right to stand in a disabled line with My scooter . If it wasn’t for the cop acknowledging my rights, I wouldn’t have been allowed to stay. Lastly, the elevator is not ADA compliant. It’s so small, I could barely get into the elevator, and in order to get out of the elevator on the second floor, I literally had to get out of my scooter and my significant other had to lift my scooter up and out in order to get it out of the elevator.
