Great customer service

Liked: The hotel staff are absolutely amazing and the best customer service we have ever had from any accommodation, and we have stayed at a very fancy 5 star hotel in Queenstown which does not compare to how good our customer service was as Sojourn. Our only letdowns were how loud the main gate noise was which was next to our room and with a baby it disturbed him and made him quite upset when trying to sleep so we ended up having to move him to a different room in our apartment. The second issue was other guests children who kept running up and down the stairs above us which was incredibly annoying as we could hear the constant thud in our room clear as day which we did mention to staff and stopped that night however they then continued this in the morning again.

Liked: Location fantastic for family member in hospital, staff were so accommodating and friendly, nothing was an issue for them.
Disliked: Difficult to come in and out of parking given on the main road with regular busses

Excellent basic accommodations.

Liked: Good that there was a grocery store and bus stop very close. Good pub/restaurant close by. Loved the washer/dryer being available for free.
Disliked: No place to sit, had to have a chair brought. Pots and pans on too high a shelf for 5'5" me to reach. Wheelchair accessible room was a little low for me (i don't use a wheelchair).
