Liked: Staff at the hotel were fantastic. The atmosphere was nice and laid back and the room itself was perfect for us with very comfortable bed an luxurious bathroom. Staff were really nice and helpful throughout our stay and very accomodating by allowing us to extend our stay numerous times at short notice due to unforseen personal circumstances.
Disliked: no complaints

Liked: Beautiful room! The heated floors in the bathroom are delightful, and the shower was amazing. You couldn't have a better location if you're enjoying downtown Toronto.
Disliked: That we couldn't stay longer!!

Disliked: All really good - however, the pool and jacuzzi could do with some extra love.
