Superb

Overall we had an excellent...

Liked: Our room was excellent and had nice touches like a heated floor in the bathroom and bottled water which was replenished every day. Staff members were also very friendly. Our room was quiet which made for a good night's sleep and the hotel is in a good location for exploring Toronto.
Disliked: We had dinner in the restaurant once. Both of our pizzas were cold when served and we were also charged $8.50 for water when every other place we dined had provided free water.

Not worth the stress, comfortable...

Liked: Bedroom was exceptionally clean and comfortable, bathroom felt luxurious. Facillities were good, and it is well located in the city centre.
Disliked: Check out process was painful, with endless problems regarding payment. Do not bother using debit cards, staff seemed confused by their own payment system, placing multiple holds on our account for the full cost of the stay with no communication. When we contacted the hotel, we were initially blamed for the error during checkout. Still having problems 3 months later with them placing holds on our account even after all payments are balanced. Not worth the stress, which is a shame considering the stay in the hotel itself was pleasant.

Liked: The room was fine.
Disliked: Breakfast was a joke.No cereal, no choice of bread, no sausage etc. Very thin, bland and overcooked, overpriced omelette.Place appeared to be trying for the ‘trendy cafe’ vibe.Because I and 7 colleagues had our flight cancelled and there was nothing else available had to book 8 rooms at this very expensive hote. We were only there for a sleepover and after paying all that money we expected something ‘above normal’ at breakfast and not something that a roadside inn would put to shame. By the way, we’re a touring band of musicians who stay in over 100 hotels a year so we know what value is and how important breakfast is to a traveler.

Liked: Staying at this hotel was a great experience, almost everything was perfect. We will definitely be staying here again. We spend some time at the gym and pool and we really like both.
Disliked: The beds could be improved. The mattress in our room was not too comfortable and it should be replaced but besides that, everything else was perfect in our room and the hotel amenities.
