Fabulous stay, really looking forward...

Liked: The staff were all so friendly. The room was the perfect size with a huge bed, which was incredibly comfy.
Disliked: Nothing. It was great

I didn’t have hot water...

Liked: Staff was so nice and very attentive. So helpful. Location was also a big plus.
Disliked: Outdated. Dark decor. Ugly.

Liked: Location is still great ! I've been at Soho Grand years ago. The area is very easy, safe and nice.
Disliked: There is no area where the customer can sit for a phone call or just wait without being disturbed by waiters. There is no reception area, except for a fee!

Liked: The location was wonderful! Hotel is so pretty, we enjoyed our stay! Bed was comfy, pillows were perfect. Staff was pleasant and very helpful. Would absolutely stay here again!

Thanksgiving four day weekend

Disliked: There isn’t a proper dining room for an evening meal. Food is served in a bar area and you are effectively eating on your knees. We had booked what we thought was a table for a Thanksgiving supper.
