Liked: Beautiful hotel in city centre location. Very friendly and helpful staff. Monica checked us in and provided great information about the hotel and Santander. We were a little early and she very kindly telephoned us when the room was ready. We had a beautiful corner room with a lovely covered balcony that we really enjoyed.
Disliked: Nothing

Very good

Liked: Comfort of the room. Staff very nice. Location.
Disliked: It was noisy on Friday and Saturday night with people partying outside. The windows need to have better sound proofing.
