Liked: 1) Location wise, if you exit the train station at the right exit, take Tram T2, two stops, the “hotel” is just cross the road. 2) there was a small kitchen where there was a microwave, I used it almost every day.
Disliked: 1) it took me 30minutes to walk to the ‘hotel’ from Train Station with my luggage, I didn’t receive clear instructions for walking to the hotel. 2) there was no reception & building was very dark, no lighting when I arrived, went up to level 2, it was complete dark, it really got me scared thinking I came to the wrong place. It’s like Airbnb type of accommodation. I booked from booking.com and my selection criteria included 24 hours reception since I traveled alone. I didn’t see the owner at all during my stay. 3) the bed had a fitted sheet that made noise when I sat on the bed, then I looked and found out that it was kind of fitted sheet that prevents from getting the bed wet😲It’s just so weird, in my entire travel experience, I never came cross this kind of fitted sheet in the hotel setting! Of course, I took it out. 4) the shower place is so small and the drainage was very slow, I had to turn it off twice for water to be drained so that my feet were not covered by soap. And water came out and wet the area outside the shower. 5) the kettle didn’t turn off itself. 6) I won’t recommend this place based on my personal experience!!

Very good room no complaints!

Liked: Great room has everything we needed and extra fridge,, very clean very comfy and the location is very good walking distance to all attractions and away from the crowds,, we will stay here again ..highly recommended
Disliked: It has no parking so we had to park at the nearest underground parking and unfortunately someone broke into our car broke two windows and stole our bikes and all the stuff was left in the car, we had to stay extra night in Florence to fix the glass. Park somewhere safe and not in this underground parking ( no cameras, completely open to anyone)

Liked: The apartment is clean, plenty of space, the bed is comfortable, the shower is ok.
Disliked: Outside the window there are renovations, a train, rubbish bins, so it is very noisy at night. The TV didn't work ( although I didn't need it)

Liked: Location, reasonable price, the owner is very helpful and interested in your coming and check in process. He/she gives you understandable instructions. Special thanks goes to him/her
Disliked: There is a good coffee machine in the entrance hall and If you want to have a coffee it’s not free. The bath is not large enough but it’s ok ✅
