Nice break away for the...

Liked: First impression lovely, very friendly people at reception.
Disliked: Feel it needs updating a bit in room, just a little behind the times.

over promise and under deliver...

Disliked: parkingdinner service in the restaurant and bar area - lack of staff both kitchen and waiters. it took over 1hour to get the basket of truffle oil chips.

Good stay, staff were helpful...

Liked: Location is very central and close to ferry crossing
Disliked: Parking and access a bit tricky but circumvented to a degree by using the excellent valet, however this costs extra

Great Value, amazing stay.

Liked: Great staff, excellent service. Interior is well designed, beautiful interior. Food in their restaurant is excellent, breakfast was amazing, one of the best in my travels.
Disliked: Nothing. My fave hotel in my New Zealand trip
