Liked: The property was clean and well appointed. Staff was friendly and helpful with walking directions ordering taxis, offering umbrellas, checking attraction hours and tour availabilty during public holidays ... especially Kushi and Luka!
Disliked: The location wasnt ideal, several blocks from the wharf and NYE celebration and fireworks.

Liked: This is our pick for Wellington. The service is great and rooms are a good size, quiet, clean and comfortable. Everyone raves about the breakfast, and they’re spot on…. Fresh food and great coffee. We’ll be back.

Comfy option for Christmas

Liked: Stayed for Christmas - great choice for the holiday period. Hotel was busy but also relaxed. Staff were great - Lukas the valet also made the stay super easy.
Disliked: They could have reminded us to book the restaurant on check-in

Disliked: due to constructions, not many restaurants open at night or on weekendsbuffet breakfast was limited, pancakes days were random.
