Liked: wonderful clean room , the bed was so comfortable and the in room extras were a treat! it had an excellent balcony and the breakfast was superb, the freshness of the food was 10/10
Disliked: Th e room was slightly smaller than expectation but this did not spoil our stay

Amazing!

Liked: The hotel os extremely well located, nearby all the main points of interest of the city, and also nearby the best restaurants in town. The hotel restaurant itself (La Brasserie) is a strong option to eat. The silence, the clean and the breakfast is also remarkable. Staff team is always ready to help you.
Disliked: Not a thing that trouble the sleep, but the pillow top in the bed could be better. Ours was a little to soft.

Liked: Excellent breakfast with large variety of mostly healthy food, prompt and friendly service. Helpful concierge who suggested a very nice brasserie for dinner nearby. Excellent location and quiet rooms (at least those facing the inner yard).
Disliked: We had to wait until 15:20 to check if our room would be ready, although the day before we got a message that the room would be available at 15:00 and possibly already at 14:00. Once we got access, we found that the room didn't correspond to the pictures published for the category "luxury". There were no bathrobes nor slippers available, and the window couldn't be closed properly with an outside temperature around 0 Celsius. When I asked the reception, I got a slightly larger room, but I was charged 15€ in excess of the price paid via booking.com. This room though had a large king-size bed instead of the twin beds we were asking for. We had to wait until dinner time for the beds to be made in twin mode. And generally, the rooms did not provide the feeling one expects from an upper class hotel: old stylish, partly worn out, poor amenities in the bathroom. Certainly not worth the price paid.
