Not 5 star by any...

Disliked: Carpet in bedrooms? Dirty carpet in halls. Rooms were small and not 5 star. We were without hot water and they had planned a service of the boiler but failed to notify guests so we could take showers before the scheduled maintenance. And...the elevators smelled like sewage. Gross. This was the only 5 Star hotel we booked on our 2 week European adventure and it ironically was the most substandard of them all.
