Liked: The room was very comfortable, with a good bed and nice towels and linens. The temperature was easy to control. The room was very well-lit and had comfortable seating and good outlets. The housekeeping service was attentive and the concierge and front desk were helpful and friendly, as were several (but not all) of the bell staff.
Disliked: Some of the bell staff were great, but others were not. Several would always open the door for us when we went in or out and would give us a warm welcome. Others would stand around watching us open the front door for ourselves and saying nothing as we walked in. It was a weird discordant note in an otherwise outstanding experience.

Liked: Hotel was beautiful and the room was very comfortable!!!Breakfast was delicious but the portions were very small for the prices. My daughter ordered crepes….which consisted of one small crepe and a few blueberries and one raspberry.But delicious!!

The hotel was a lovely...

Liked: Lovely and convenient location, close to many attractions but hidden away from the crowds.
Disliked: The regulation that prohibits heating before November 15, so due to cold weather my room was uncomfortably cool.
