Nice facility but dont expect...

Liked: This is one of the most modern and nicest sofitels i have stayed in
Disliked: Staff does not follow thru on committments. asked two staff members for bucket of ice, never got it. Multiple calls to front desk to get the room safe opened. didnt follow thru without multiple requests. i get the impression that the reception staff are very lazy.

Great hotel in the heart...

Liked: Clean and modern hotel. Great breakfast. Friendly staff. Fantastic location downtown. 2 minute walk to gondola, shops, restaurants. Famous Fergburger right around the corner.
Disliked: Nothing

Liked: Excellent location to town and meeting points for tours, great view of the remarkables, free breakfast, afternoon tea, canapes and happy hour drinks!
Disliked: Noise around

Overall, our stay was exceptional...

Liked: Our room was extremely cosy and comfortable. Spa bath was exactly what we needed after a long day.
Disliked: Pillows were too soft for me.
