Liked: The bed was amazing! So plush and comfortable. Even the pillows didn't suck.
Disliked: Loved everything about this hotel.

Great hotel

Liked: Service is always very attentive at every Sofitel that I’ve stayed. Lobbies are great gathering places and the rooms are comfortable and well appointed.
Disliked: The wait in the restaurant one morning to be acknowledged after being seated was not satisfactory and not up to Sofitel standard. The restaurant was just about empty.

Good overall I’d recommend it

Disliked: The location and parking prices very expensive for guest should get a discount

Liked: Love location, clean, comfortable bed.
Disliked: Breakfast options have been reduced and the quality of the buffet was not good. Coffee and croissants are still delicious, but that's it.People at front desk provide inconsistent info on room charges causing confusion. Parking fees are ridiculous.Gentlemen at valet, baggage and doorman were fabulous! Kudos to them as they provided great customer service.

Sofitel Hotels Deliver!

Liked: I made reservations and stated it was our 25thanniversary. The concierge Ivan upgraded our room and gave us a card for glasses of champagne. The room was Beautiful, roomy , and very stylish.
Disliked: Valet parking very expensive. ;
