Nice four star property but...

Liked: Good safe location near American embassy. Reception Concierge Bell, Guest relation staff were helpful, friendly, considerate, knowledgeable and quick to assist. Stayed 3 nights.
Disliked: Bathtub area was a bit dated. They came and did better cleaning on the tile and grout area, saw a bit of black spots. Loose tissue holder finally stabilized. Can improve. Overall, the corner room was beautifully decorated. Breakfast selection were okay, many carbs and bread items, busy, service could be better.
