Liked: The property is in the perfect location with great facilities and friendly staff.
Disliked: I love pool cocktails but the cocktails are exceptionally bad. I tried a few different staff making them in case I got a dud, nope all bad which is a shame because it’s such a point of difference with the noosa hotels.

Liked: Staff and facilities all first class (room decor a little dated but immaculately clean). The Beach House Restaurant was fabulous for dinner and breakfast and the floor and kitchen staff were all very professional and friendly.

Liked: Great location on Hastings street. Staff were really amazing at their job, attentive and helpful. Pool area was fantastic, great salads and cocktails. Room was spacious. Resort is really lovely in decor and cleanliness.. it was great to have showers and amenities after we checked out!

Liked: Lovely rooms and location and view. Very helpful staff.
Disliked: It took too long to get coffee at breakfast. No free loungers by pool as no way of telling which were still in use and which had been vacated for good.

5 star treatment and amazing...

Liked: Felt very 5 star. We arrived early but parked the car and used the pool until our room was ready. Champagne on checkin. Amazing location, directly on hasting rd and access to the beach. The pool area was clean and good service and they provided free watermelon. They also attended our room before nightfall and left chocolates and lavender spray. These little things really made you feel you were staying in a true 5 star hotel
Disliked: Only thing I hated was the pillows, they feel like airbags that deflate but that’s just a personal thing.
