Apart from the dishonest actions...

Liked: Pool service was extremely disappointing. I ordered one club sandwich and I was presented with two club sandwiches. When I explained to the staff member that I was on my own she said …well the tab shows two!!
Disliked: The next day when I requested if I had been credited the answer was “no” however I would be credited accordingly.However, upon checking out, I noticed that I had been charged for the same club sandwich on the Sunday. I do not like dishonesty.

Good but not great. Hotel...

Liked: Location is fantastic, but hotel is looking a little tired around the edges, however I understand it is to be upgraded to Sofitel Standards. Also weather was terrible so limited use of pool and outdoor areas. Gym area and sauna are looking very tired.
Disliked: Our room when it was made up on the Thursday 27th March left a lot to be desired. Bed was poorly made, dirty champagne glasses were left on the table and the room make up looked generally rushed, not what you would expect of a Sofitel property - 5 star?

Great location and buffet breakfast.

Liked: The location and the buffet breakfast .
Disliked: Requested high floor and paid for river view. Got the lowest floor and a view of a tree in front of the river. Very disappointed- but Sarah from reception was fabulous and allocated us to a higher floor. This made our stay so much better. (Know requests are guaranteed).

Liked: Room size and pool area are excellent. Great location for walks and access to the beach and shops.The staff at the front desk are very friendly. The pool staff are attentive and friendly. The restaurant was very good.
Disliked: The bed was a bit hard and saggy.
