Overpriced and dishonest.

Disliked: Wasn't what was advertised on Booking.com. When selected the room to book and clicked on it. It showed a hot tub on the deck, said on the ad that the hot tub was a feature of the room, the ad description also stated about the hot tub and that there was a private bathroom with bath making it sound like hot tub was a separate thing. There were questions asked by previous guests that alluded to same thing. Unfortunately on arrival this was not the case at all, was a small deck with 2 seats. no hot tub or sun lounger chairs as the image and description had suggested. They tried to say it was the "spa bath" in the bathroom which was tiny and pretty gross, don't think an adult would fit in there properly.I was exceptionally disappointed, it's not worth the cost, tired and very expensive for what you actually got. Hard to believe it can be called a 5 star hotel.The other disappointing thing was to make up for the fact there was no actual hot tub/ spa, they offered us free concession pass to go to the Aqua Day Spa that has a special mineral pool, unfortunately they were either closing or had bookings so we couldnt use it and on the final day when we told to come around 0930, they had drained it so turned up only to be told it wouldnt be an option either. Extremely unhappy with the whole experience.

Liked: The location is nice.
Disliked: Misleading advertisement that it was a 5 star hotel.This hotel is no more than 3 stars.It requires renovation badly! The furniture, carpet bathroom, everything is in need of upgrading. Also, the corridor carpet was always dirty. It was never vacumed. Pricing $900 per night for an accommodation that is not near an "average" mark - is disrespect to customers! The managers should be ashamed and do something about this neglected property!

Liked: Staff, location, room size and carpark
Disliked: The property is very dated and work. The spa bath looked very tired, marked and worn as was the carpet and furniture. Despite this the bed was comfortable.

We had a wonderful time...

Liked: We loved your hotel. Staff were great, food was great. Hotel clean.
Disliked: We found the room was a little tired. There were stains on the carpet, the sofa in the room was worn and uncomfortable. The base of the bed was quite worn. Disappointed there were no bath salts or bubbles for the wonderful bath in our room. We felt for the price point for the room was a bit high given the furniture etc was worn.
