Good

Liked: The beds was comfortable and pillow options were good. We were on the 18th floor so was nice and quiet as NYC can be very loud if near the street. The location was good - easy to walk to 5th Avenue and Broadway, handy to lots of food stores - Pret, Starbuck, Wholefoods and Proper Food.
Disliked: The room was very dark - minimal lights. The room had no tea and coffee making facilities and no water provided. Not really acceptable for a 5 star hotel.

Superb

Liked: Great location, friendly staff, quiet.
Disliked: Room was a little tired, but a good size. The fold out sofa bed very squeaky. Breakfast needed a few more options.

The worst bed I’ve ever...

Liked: Location
Disliked: The worst bed mattress I have ever had. It wasn’t a bed, it was a hammock, probably used by thousands of people. It should have been changed a long time ago. Fridge was closed for some reason. The hotel is old but costs a lot. Price should be probably much lower.

Liked: Midtown location, good food, well maintained hotel, comfortable beds, pleasant and attentive staff.

Liked: The on-site restaurant was great!
Disliked: The room has significant signs of wear and tear. For example, a sink in our room has multiple cracks. Cleanness: - we found chopsticks on the floor- we found human hair in the shower

Perfect winter break in the...

Liked: Absolutely clean and well maintained. The location is central to everything. Bed and bedding was so comfy. A home away from home.
