Liked: Didn’t try breakfast but thoroughly enjoyed evening meals in restaurant. Felt it was a spacious hotel. Excellent location for rail traveller
Disliked: Strange set up in room with sliding windows into bathroom.

Disliked: Got my watch , swimming goggles and room access card stolen at the sauna. The local desk lady was useless, the other manager on duty although benevolent was, the sameThey should let customers know that could happen especially when lockers were non functional Location close to the Central Rail Station is not the most secure and desirable place to beThere are plenty of better options for accommodation in this wonderful city

Good

Liked: Hotel foyer impressive. The bar has good atmosphere with friendly barkeepers. Sauna facilities very clean.
Disliked: Room’s lighting and design uncomfortable. Made you leave it for the bar. Pool’s water too cold to relax, though good enough for mini laps. Had an issue with the safe. Front desk said it would someone. No one came within 30min waiting.

Birthday weekend- fab

Liked: Stayed 5 nights for Munich 1/2 marathon and 60th birthday weekend. Got room upgrade for reduced rate, cake, fizz and fruit in the room as a treat. Also courtesy call to see how we got on in the race. Excellent.
Disliked: Pool is very small

Liked: Room a bit outdated. Sliding glass door in bathroom leaky. Breakfast decent. Hotel pool nice, not big but water could be warmer. Everyone went in the water and after a while came out. Nice helpful staff.
