Amazing staff, amenities, and location!

Liked: The room was very nice, great view, very clean. The staff was friendly.
Disliked: We dont understand what we paid an extra 2800 pesos for. A deposit of 2000 pesos was taken upon check-in, which they promised to return. There was a minibar in the room. We drank 2 bottles of juice and 1 bottle of water from it. We couldn't open a bottle of wine because of a bad corkscrew. In the end, they didn't return 2000 pesos, and also charged 800 pesos from the card. Bad experience.

Liked: Beautiful centrally located property. Immaculately clean and well appointed. The swimming pool on the 33rd floor is definitely a highlight

Felt welcomed from the first...

Liked: The staff, the cleanness, the rooftop restaurant, the pool, the gym Bruno, Daniel, Karla, Jessica, Lumberte (rooftop), Edward (downstairs helped us every morning with the Uber) , Sweety (front desk), Leti (the spa … amazing) and many mores that I can’t recall the names
Disliked: Everything was perfect.

Liked: Lovely luxurious room. The staff were friendly and helpful. The fitness center was great and had an amazing view.Loved the location.
Disliked: I wish they had more vegetarian/vegan options. It is quite pricey.

Exceptional

It was mostly enjoyable.

Liked: We did not have breakfast there.The staff, (especially the front desk), was wonderful… Claudia, Christina, Brenda, Katy and more.David was very helpful too.
Disliked: One day, while walking back to the hotel, we had trouble getting back in because of barricades blocking most entrances. We weren’t informed ahead of time that that was going to take place. We finally found out that a protest was taking place across the street.The one time we ordered food, by way of room service, it was good, but too expensive.Other than that, we enjoyed our stay.
