Liked: Amazing service and perfect location. The hotel views are spectacular and my room was absolutely beautiful. 5 star service all-around. The breakfast was fantastic. I'll definitely stay here on my next trip to Mexico City,.

Liked: The room was very nice, great view, very clean. The staff was friendly.
Disliked: We dont understand what we paid an extra 2800 pesos for. A deposit of 2000 pesos was taken upon check-in, which they promised to return. There was a minibar in the room. We drank 2 bottles of juice and 1 bottle of water from it. We couldn't open a bottle of wine because of a bad corkscrew. In the end, they didn't return 2000 pesos, and also charged 800 pesos from the card. Bad experience.

Liked: The staff, the cleanness, the rooftop restaurant, the pool, the gym Bruno, Daniel, Karla, Jessica, Lumberte (rooftop), Edward (downstairs helped us every morning with the Uber) , Sweety (front desk), Leti (the spa … amazing) and many mores that I can’t recall the names
