Too expensive yo encounter problems...

Liked: the view and location
Disliked: The shower was open there was no glass wall so water was all over the shower floor... I was too tired to report it

Liked: Sofitel is amazing! We had a great time there, enjoying a wonderful breakfast and relaxing by the fantastic pool after hours of exploring Mexico City. The location is perfect, situated between the bustling La Condesa and the quieter Roma Norte, making it easy to reach any destination in the city.

Excellent service and location

Liked: Fantastic, friendly staff. Great to have the coffee shop at the entrance. A lot to walk to and easy Uber ride to the city.
Disliked: Next to US consulate so a lot of police/army presence.
