Liked: Great location and great view
Disliked: Couldn’t diner at the hotel - was told that the restaurant was fully booked but 2 tables of 4 remained empty for the full evening

A waste of money and...

Liked: The location was great and the staff member at check in was lovely.
Disliked: Apart from the check in staff and the room staff (who were excellent) the staff were unfriendly and generally disrespectful. This is not acceptable for a hotel of this level. The staff in the bar were especially rude to the point that I felt they laughed with each other when I made a request. I’m not sure they are used to dealing with women of colour.

Disliked: Rooms are old and half facing a very gloomy backyard full of AC units. Lower level corridors and rooms smelled really bad (like a cave)Carpets looks and feels dirty.
