Liked: We enjoyed our stay at Sofitel in L.A. It was superb; very clean.

Great hotel and lovely staff

Liked: Loved the hotel itself, the facilities and the reception staff were lovely.
Disliked: Prices at the restaurant. We bought a takeaway coffee and after being presented with them, were told that there was a compulsory 5% tax on top of everything else. Two coffees cost us over USD20

Beverly Hills price and local...

Liked: Purified water machines on each floor
Disliked: Lobby is updated but the room furniture is shabby, the mattress is sagging with a pillow top to try to disguise its age, the towels smell bad.
