Liked: We enjoyed our stay at Sofitel in L.A. It was superb; very clean.

Liked: bed was not too comfy, rooms are outdated, keys stop working before checkout. had to make multiple trips up and down in order to get the room door open.

Liked: Staff overall was lovely. Location reasonable and price to stay was fair given the competition. Nice large rooms.
Disliked: Cost of valet seemed incredibly expensive. Room didn’t have robes or slippers. No nice touches with the turn down service. Hotel was quite old.

Disliked: The room was a bit tired looking and could do with a revamp. We got the room at a great price so perhaps we got one of the older rooms.

Liked: the bed was excellent, room was pleasant enough and wifi was very good
Disliked: we stayed 3 nights and early for two mornings, we were awoken by window cleaners and people installing new film on the outside of the windows! we were on the 10th floor!also the pool was dirty and closed when we actually went to use it.something was being filmed, which meant everywhere you went was met with obstructions and delays.Prices also seemed to be 5star! very expensive.Not what you expect with a 4star hotel.
