Friendly Beautiful and very comfortable,...

Liked: The staff. Especially the concierge that helped me extremely well. I can’t remember his name maybe Mario not sureAlso the breakfast staff especially the younger lady dark longer hair (very pretty) was amazingly friendly Also Lenitis confirm(Greek) very nice and very personable
Disliked: That the dinning room was closed for cleaning 2 nights that we were there

Liked: Great location, short walk to Piccadilly Circus, Theatre & restaurants, portrait gallery, houses of parliament, embankment & Westminster Bridge. Hotel excellent withe good concierge assistance. Breakfast staff& food great.

In my opinion, i would...

Liked: We arrived quite late at the hotel and the staff, was kind and helpful offering us tea and cookies. Especially Adlea, who during our stay always made herself helpful and welcoming, making us feel at home. We´d like to mention all the concierge staff that worked tirelessly to fulfil our wishes, especially Joe.
Disliked: nothing.
