Winter Stay at Waterloo Place.

Liked: Attention to detail.Location was superb.Klea the receptionist/guide was professional, personable and prompt.The lobby staff were great.Room service food was high end, and worth eating.
Disliked: Nothing was bad. I would stay again.

Liked: The staff were amazing and accommodating. The room was comfortable and well decorated. The location was great for walking or getting transportation to anywhere in Paris. I would definitely recommend. The dining area and common areas were beautiful- lots of detail.
Disliked: No view but that was because of location. The views would be with the larger hotels.
