Beautiful and comfortable to stay

Liked: The staff is amazing. They’re always helpful and very kind. The hotel location is near the most historic and iconic places in a walking distance.
Disliked: Everything was ok nothing to dislike

Nice and cozy.

Liked: The hotel is perfectly placed in the heart of London. It takes just 30 minutes to get to Victoria station from Gatwick and then a quick bus number 38 takes you within 20 minutes to enjoy the luxury of Sofitel St. James. A lot of interesting historical and cultural places are situated 10 minutes walking distance.
Disliked: Potentially I was waiting more from the SPA area which only has a steam room with jacuzzi bath. Maybe the procedures are amazing, but I am a bigger fan of usual sauna, pool and etc.

Very pleasant, helpful staff, great...

Liked: Helpful staff, great location
Disliked: Need more staff at breakfast. Coffee should be more frequently filled up by the breakfast staff. The smashed avocado toast was pureed too much (with oil?). It was not a smashed avocado.
