Waste of money. Poor customer...

Liked: We booked a twin accessible room but only a queen bed one available. The lift to our wing was out of order so it was a long way in the wheelchair to our room. In the morning we realised the shower was not just broken but scalding hot. They couldn’t fix so offered a room to use but in another wing and we had no time to get there as we had a flight to catch. When we complained we were only offered 15% discount. This did not compensate my husband for not being able to have a shower before facing a 9hr transatlantic flight. Very poor service
