Liked: Great location for airport and brilliant gym
Disliked: Music outside my room from the atrium at midnight. Had to call twice before they moved me in my dressing gown. Apparently they could not turn this music off. Room they moved me to smelt of damp. Days after contacting hotel about this after leaving still no response which is poor

Liked: Location great, room quiet, bed was so comfy didn’t want to get out. Had a lovely meal in the restaurant.
Disliked: Drinks were very expensive, but then you are at a London Airport! Not applicable to us but there is a £90 charge if you want to check in early and £120 if you wanted a lay check out.
