Prepare to be Disappointed
Liked: Comfortable bed and good sized room with an ocean view
Disliked: The PowerPoints were faulty- phone charger plugs fell out of them and some were loose and dangerous! Check in staff told us we were in time for full menu room service - until 10 pm. Tried to order at 9:45 after spending 15 minutes trying to find parking in hotel carpark and struggling to find the room service phone number. Room service told us too later. Orders shut. All we could get was a toasted sandwich or spaghetti.Did not feelLike a 5 star hotel at all.Prepaid for 2 nights parking. On second night there was no parking! Alternative parking offered was problematic for disabled husband. Directions were poor. Staff say sorrry but with no attempt to solve problem.We needed towels for shower pre wedding in afternoon and our room was waiting for service. Requested towels and was given 3 bath mats

Liked: Lovely room spacious and comfortable
Disliked: Pool area dated and there are pigeons around n feathers in pool not hygienic as they went in ledge by side of pool. The are is very dated and the hotel is certainly not 5 star. Not enough loungers by pool n people came n had to leave, mostly because people reserved chairs n walked away, need a sign saying if not there your towels will be removed or a dedicated pool person tbh it’s “5*” after all and all 5 Star I’ve stayed in have this. Wait at reception was long, staff were nice though. Pool had no towels for quite a while n staff kept saying 5 minutes, think it was a good half hour. Bistro chairs in poor condition with vinyl flaked off. It really needs to be renovated.
