Liked: I stayed there before, I liked the location and the amenities etc.
Disliked: Our experience at Sofitel was disappointing. The bathroom shower was full of short, curly hairs, and they were sticky. The floor was also dirty, and we didn’t have any slippers provided. While housekeeping cleaned it promptly after we called, it was already too late to make a good first impression. They offered free valet parking for the day to make up for it. Additionally, we had a room with double beds, but one of the mattresses was sagging, making it uncomfortable. This was unexpected for a hotel of this standard.

Liked: Everything was good and great The Food was Terrible and I was told I was gone have Pay per view right alone with satellite cable but got regular cable nobody came to fix the issue and I am really uncomfortable with my stay after that
