Liked: The beds & pillows are amazing - will return to the hotel for the bed alone although there’s more to enjoy than just the bed.The staff attention was courteous, helpful & friendly going above and beyond by providing camomile tea for my husband when he was not too well. We will be back!!
Disliked: Nothing we didn’t like.

Liked: Beds were comfy, dark room, nice lobby Concierge boys were so friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Room is super noisy, constantly hearing banging doors, can hear people every time they walk past the room talking. Had no cutlery (not even a tea spoon to stir in cofee). I called for cutlery, They said no problem will send some up - nothing came. Having to pay $35 per night to watch movies no option to log on to Netflix Disney or the like. Can’t preview the movies before committing and so diddnt use the big tv ended up watching on my small laptop. The spa rooms/bathrooms are very old and outdated -not what’s represented on line.
