We had a lovely time...

Liked: The location was ideal. The property could use a little facelift. Staff was accommodating. Not sure that I would rebook.
Disliked: The outside needs some TLC.

Liked: Location and the bed was very comfy.
Disliked: The hotel was very tired and run down in both the bedrooms and gym/pool areas, it felt damp and grubby particularly in the gym! Our room was very noisy as the windows didn’t close properly, the phone to reception didn’t work and neither did the coffee machine which was reported and nothing done.Having stayed in many Sofitel hotels before this was without doubt well below the usual standards!

Liked: Great location, energetic and helpful staff. Good service in the dining room. Reception first class.
Disliked: The gym needs redecorating. At this price it needs to be spotless.

I was very disappointed.

Disliked: Upon arrival at the hotel, they demanded a guarantee worth €400, in addition to the reservation price. I still have around €950 blocked on the card. I've already called 2 times and I still have the money blocked.The only nice person at the reception was a lady who was on the night shift. I was very disappointed, for a hotel that should be 5 stars, in terms of service.

Liked: Room side sea view, not direct; hotel seems built in seventies; parking garage unpleasant but the staff takes care of that (top!); great location, swimming pool great; sauna bit small
