Liked: Staff were happy, polite and so helpful. The bed itself was very comfortable. Location was great for hotel placement.
Disliked: There was a lovely bath but no access to any shower/bath gel as it’s locked up in the shower itself, the room was hot and there doesn’t seem to be actual air conditioning control (just a dial which we had cranked all the way to “cool” and it didn’t feel cold), insanely noisy during the night - our room faced the bus depot so a lot of movement coming and going from there, feather pillows were flat and uncomfortable.

Disliked: Room was filthy. Suspicious brown marks on toilet wall paper, mold and grime on shower floor. No hot water on night 2 and never compensated for this. There was another hotel check in right next to our room (room 314). Lacked privacy.

Liked: Loved everything! From the service, to the quality of the towels and spacious setting. Made my birthday that much more special.
Disliked: Only 1 bath robe was provided even though it was known there’d be 2 of us staying.

Liked: The check in staff were soooo nice, made my daughters feel so welcome. The bed was very comfortable. The free wifi was great.
Disliked: Went for a swim and the hot tub was out of service and there was garbage around the pool, including a used nappy. The bathroom in our room smelled musty/mouldy and was dusty. Just seems like a bit more care can be taken to keep the place cleaner.
