Excellent quality and location

Liked: Wonderful staff and an excellent location for a first visit to Vienna. The only thing we hadn’t realised was that the spa is only open from 12:30pm. We loved the conspicuous sustainability of the hotel, products used, and requested amenities.

Bit outdated, staff not very...

Liked: Good location, very nice view. I asked for a quiet room, but I was basically up all night because they put me in front of the maids cabinets. Not great, especially since the hotel seems half empty. The welcome was very cold and I basically had to force the receptionist to look up from the screen and greet me. The rooms are big and nice, but some parts are clearly dated, cabinets are scratched or have loose doors, lots of usage signs all over. It's a pity, with some updates and more service-oriented staff, this could be a top hotel.

Liked: Roof top bar was fantastic, rooms were excellent, clean, modern and very spacious. Spa was also excellent, clean, modern and had helpful friendly staff.
