Liked: The location is very stunning, next to the river and about a 7-minute walk from the center. The room was clean. The room service staff was very nice, the hand was always clean, they always left us extra Nespresso capsules, the drink in the room's minibar was free. The breakfast was excellent, the view from the dining room on the 18th floor of the hotel with a spectacular view of the city of Vienna in all directions. The hotel staff was always smiling, trying to help and give explanations, During our stay, the weather was stormy, and there was a problem with one of the windows. After we called the hotel staff, they sent one of the maintenance guys over and fixed it right away. In conclusion, it was worth every euro we paid.
Disliked: We arrived at the hotel in early January. The heating in the room was not sufficient. It was relatively cool in the room. The hotel staff offered to give us a blanket for heating, because they have no control over the air conditioning system at all. The lighting in the room was not sufficient, especially in the shower. I think an additional lighting option should be added in the room and in the shower. The elevator room on the floor had black marble that lacked lighting. The same thing. When you enter the room, everything was black, no lighting or bright color. I am a person who loves bright colors, it gives peace and joy to the soul. It seems to me that my taste is different from the taste of the architect who designed the hotel, although apart from the lighting problem and the black color, the hotel is very beautiful.

Liked: When I arrived the receptionist cannot find my booking ( done via booking.com) and I thought it will cause such a problem. But no! She was very quick and managed to resolve the issue right there and then! Was just fantastic and reassuring!Room was lovely!

Liked: Hotel is very nice. Room is modern and clean. Breakfast was great at the 18th floor with a stunning view. Location is great, Hotel is close to the center and from a walking distance to public transportation.
Disliked: The breakfast is a mix of buffet and à la carte for coffee, eggs/omellette and deserts , so sometimes it takes time to bring the food or coffee and some orders might be forgotten.I would recommend to make the coffee/tea as self service.
