Disliked: The add said swimming pool but did not see that to use it you had to drive 2 miles for it, «  big disappointment », no ironing board in room, ac and heat really bad, cannot control the temperature for it, just not what we expected

feel scammed about the Freedom...

Liked: nice location
Disliked: they say they offer 1 day Freedom pass and then they charge $22 / person in the invoice. I calles to complain that I wasn’t informed about the cost and was told I had to inform in advance they I didn’t want it. this is very sneaky and I feel scammed. never again in this hotel.about the bedroom, the blinds were broken and the blankets very old and not protected in cleaned bags. they looked used. the heating is the AC device and very noisy and not really heating the room.

Liked: Location is great. Liked the main entry space with large stone fireplace.
Disliked: Very surprised by lack of important things people need in a hotel room, including tiny wastebasket, no separate containers for recyclables, no kleenex tissues, no pump hand soap at bathroom sink, a bathroom towel in the kitchenette rather than a kitchen dish towels, cheap bathroom soaps and shampoos. We also had a kitchenette, which wasgood, but there were no coffee cups for coffee (we asked for cups from front desk, which were kindly delivered to room), and no large utensils (such as a large spoon). The lighting needs improvement - kitchen should have undercounter lights. Alcove portion of the room, which contained a double bed, needs a small sidetable or nightstand, and a small lamp. Overall, basic necessities for a comfortable stay are lacking.

We only stayed one night...

Liked: The locations was in a nice area close to activities.
Disliked: The property and amenities were dated. We couldn’t find the continental breakfast and no staff available at the front to ask.
