Fantastic stay
Liked: Room size, bed comfort, having a kitchenette, wifi was good and view was outstanding.
Disliked: Exterior needs some sprucing up -- recognizing it's an older building, but a facelift would be good.

Bad manager and lack of...
Liked: The view of the beach and the location was nice.
Disliked: The Snooze manager was extremely rude to us when we shared we had trouble parking late at night after a concert. There was no staff onsite so we called the emergency services line to ask where else we should park since we paid for parking spots and we were two women unfamiliar with the area who would then have to walk back at 1am. He told us “we should have known” to move his no parking sign or a cone to make a new spot and that it was “common sense”. Although, the guy we called on the emergency line never told us we could do that, or even asked us if that spot was available to do so. Instead of being kind and offering a solution, he was condescending, unfriendly, and frankly rude, There were also roaches in our bathroom, and we got locked out of our room the 2nd day and had to get new keys made. There was no resolution offered for any of this, just a bad attitude…. and horrible experience as a customer.
