Passable

Liked: Our family (2 adults and 3 children) stayed for one night at this hotel. We had to book two rooms. Location of the hotel is great. The staff was very nice.
Disliked: The rooms were very dirty, especially the carpet. The air conditioner in one of the rooms blew only cold air. We had to go to the lobby to ask for repair. The staff came twice to repair it.

Fabulous hotel, super comfortable stay,...

Liked: Beautiful 5th-floor corner room, plenty of windows/light, nice space, and super comfortable. Would definitely stay there again! Wanted to make hot water for tea and the front desk delivered a kettle to my room!! Staff was SO warm and welcoming!!
Disliked: Can't really say! Only thought is the lack of plugs around the bed...but there were others in the room that we used.

Liked: Spacious rooms, with all the amenities. Bed very comfortable. Clean and tidy, not spotless. But really just a little dust on high light bulb, that I saw cause I am tall.Smiling staff and water always available at the entrance, which is great in these torrid days.Quiet and in strategic location.
Disliked: Nothing
