Comfortable spacious rooms in a...

Liked: Very decent sized room, comfortable bed and nice bathroom/shower. The hotel toiletries are great.
Disliked: Noise from the plumbing, flushing a toilet or running the shower was quite noisy and could be heard from neighbouring rooms. It wasn't explained at check-in how the included breakfast process works. I had to seek details to understand, it is not obvious.

Disliked: Staff was beyond helpful and kind except for the manager. He should not be permitted to work directly with guests.

Liked: Clean rooms in a great location. Easy to access subway. Friendly staff.
Disliked: I booked a queen terrace room and the terrace was covered in scaffolding so the terrace was completely unusable- couldn’t even open the door as the scaffolding was in the way. This was disappointing as I wanted to be able to be out there to drink coffee and watch the city.
