Location, neighborhood, room - all...

Liked: Great neighborhood, amazing location, 3 subway lines with one significant one (the red line) right at the door of the hotel. A huge room and certainly in the terms of New York and in general, a well-equipped and luxurious room with a huge corner window to the street.We got the room when we arrived, three hours before the check-in time
Disliked: stronger water pressure in the shower would be nicer, but it's negligible

Good location for first trip...

Liked: Adequate gym downstairs. Restaurant on site, with many others nearby. Room was very clean. Staff was very nice.
Disliked: Room was smaller than expected, with no place to sit. Balcony was nice, with table and two chairs. Nice place to sit if not too cool. Subway station half a block away.

Great staff with a good...

Disliked: We did not appreciate being charged the resort fees. I believe there was a small gym available for use.We were not told of any other amenities.

Liked: Location was great.
Disliked: Telephone in room broken. Took truly 8/10 min to get hot water in the am. Outlet in bathroom broken and no in room coffee. 9 am scheduled breakfast room service didn't show until I called at 9:30.

Horrific!

Disliked: They left us trapped in a broken elevator for 40 minutes, made incompetent efforts to open the door, refused our demand that they call the fire department until it became a medical emergency just to avoid risk of damage from fire dept team. Once we were freed they never apologized or checked to see if my 81 year old spouse was OK, refused to comp our stay or otherwise compensate for their negligence. Outrageously bad management!
