Liked: Staff was amazing and very friendly! Upgraded my room for no charge due to an unforseen change. That speaks volumes!

Liked: Good location, and quiet area. The room was clean.
Disliked: The pictures online showcase a much better maintained inn. The current condition is a bit run-down. The hot tub didn’t work. The first night was cold and the jets and bubbles didn’t work even on the second night when the water was warmer. The breakfast area wasn’t kept up very well. The bread/bagels were stale. The front desk staff were hard to find when you needed to sign out towels or ask for help with something.

Liked: We like how the hotel manager was very understanding and accommodating.
Disliked: The hot water heater was out for most of our stay but they gave us a partial refund.b
