Liked: Both times that I have stayed there has been a issue with the heating!cooling system.

Disliked: Lots of trash in the yard. Clean up the place! It’s a cute hotel it just needs to be taken care of.

Decent stay for a decent...

Liked: Typical basic mountain motel/lodge, nothing fancy or luxurious, just a basic room at a basic price. Updated bathroom, comfortable mattresses and clean linens, convenient location, good food & drinks at the tavern, nice lobby with fireplace and sitting area, rustic wood decor, nice social area out back by the creek, plenty of areas to relax outside (gazebo, covered deck area, rocking chairs in various lounging spaces).
Disliked: It's an older building with thin walls, very noisy, could hear people talking in the hallways and outside. Not crazy about allowing pets if the pets are not well-behaved and bark incessantly if left alone in the room. Impossible to call the front desk (no room phone, and they don't answer when called from a cell phone). Air conditioner unit made a rattling noise when running . Carpet could stand to be cleaned, and more attention needs to be paid to trash and litter in outside areas. Ice machine outside our room didn't work (wasn't plugged in).
