Disliked: Dated room, broken water area, lack of communication

Felt ripped off.

Disliked: Old, needs remodeling. Over priced. Pool and hot tub down. Ragidy pool sticks. Expired snacks and drinks in vending machine. They don't salt the parking lot so when there ice your sliding in vehicles and walking through parking lot.

Booking.com was inaccurate with its...

Liked: Clean. Friendly staff. Excellent location for getting to multiple locations and activiies.
Disliked: The pool has never been open when I've visited. A toaster in the kitchenette would be a plus. Also Kleenex in the room would be nice. Note: Booking.com indicated that check in is 4; however, check in is PRIOR to 4. After 4 one has to call security for access!

Lovely

Liked: Stairs were a little tough for older adults. Next time will ask for lower room with less stairs.
Disliked: Pool didn't have stairs. Ladder was tough to get in for older adult

Very good

Liked: The location was very good. It was very clean and quiet. I felt very safe there. I will definitely be staying there again. If you stay there, try the Peddlin' Pig Restaurant just up the mountain from the motel. The food is absolutely wonderful.
Disliked: Lots of stairs for aging seniors. Would ask for a more easily accessible room next time. I'm sure we could have gotten one this time; we just didn't request it. No fault of the motel at all.
