Disliked: Booked a room. Photos of the site were different to the room we were booked for. Different bath different tiles. Bath had a crack in. Purely booked for that. Says apartment with Terrace patio. But was upstairs bedsit. Also actual residents living in surrounding flats. Not as described. Ok for single person one night stay. Not a romantic night away. Didn't stay due to this. As purely booked for bath. False advertisement. Also says pay on arrival, but payment was taken days prior. Would of not paid at all, due to sheer disappointment

Liked: contact less reception so just straight to your room. would prefer a proper desk to deal with any enquiries like where was the hair dryer and toiletries and could someone attach the toilet seat correctly.spotlessly tidy. would of liked a not slip bath mat or at least a hand rail in bathroom

Liked: We spent a lovely 5 days in our apartment room. Bed was adequate but smaller than we are used to. We would have liked a dvd player to enable us to watch movies. 9

Great place to stay to...

Liked: We were grateful that we were allowed to check-in a bit earlier which helped to ensure our plans for our visit to Plymouth were stress free. The accommodation was clean, quiet and comfortable. We found it was equipped with everything we needed for our short stay. We spoke with a friendly member of the management team who made us feel welcome and gave us good advice about parking in the city.
Disliked: The double bed had a bit of a squeak and the heaters clicked during the night.
