We were pleasantly surprised by...

Liked: It’s a beautiful setting. To our surprise they even made up our room while we were out, that’s rare today.
Disliked: The beds I believe are full size (I knew making the reservation they were not kings) my wife and I sleep on a king, we tried sleeping together but since my mother in-law wasn’t able to travel we slept on separate beds. Beds and pillows were great.

Comfortable location near Smith Rock...

Liked: Clean room with a lot of space, a lovely deck and a great view! Friendly and hard working staff. The pool at the golf club is a nice bonus. Fridge, microwave, wifi, etc. All you need for easy access to Bend and Smith Rock. The Sandbagger Saloon offers great local food and atmosphere.
Disliked: Besides the saloon and the golf club there’s nothing happening in the area. So yes, it’s a bit remote.

Peaceful, beautiful, scenic.

Liked: Our room was right off the golf course, unobstructed view. Absolutely stunning. The room was much cleaner and honestly larger than I anticipated. And there were actual amenities like a microwave and a fridge which I’ve found out recently don’t come standard with rooms anymore.

Great unique spot near Smith...

Liked: Really cool high desert location. Trails to walk around on near by as well. We stayed to go to Smith Rock and it was in very close proximity to that.
Disliked: The rooms were a bit smaller than expected. The beds as well. However, they were quite clean.
