Quiet enjoyable stay

Liked: We arrived earlier than the check in time and rooms were given to us. The Manager was able to provide directions and attend to issues that i had. The location was also close to my business venue.
Disliked: There was no provision of kitchen items or cutlery. This can be provided based on request at the reception. The items at the reception for purchase was quite limited. Cleaning had to be based on request

Liked: It had direct outdoor access to room and that it a cloe to I 10
Disliked: Hot cold water in shower was backwards and sheets and bedspread had holes in them

Best value hotel in Lafayette/off...

Liked: Great value hotel, staff was welcoming and helped however they could
Disliked: Bit close to the highway so there’s the noise that comes with

Disliked: Room cleaning could be a little better. There was some hair on the bed

Exceptional

Liked: The room was clean and well stocked. Two sets of towels, two soaps, two shampoos, a microwave oven, small fridge with freezer, coffeemaker and decent sized tv with working remote. The water got hot and the air conditioner blew cold. I have stayed in much more expensive hotels (2-5x the price) which did not have all these amenities or had something wrong with the facilities. It is clearly not a lot city hotel and if you need a bar area or breakfast or luxurious lobby or meeting rooms this is not the place. However, the place was secure, parking lot clean and well lit, decent neighborhood and the staff were friendly and efficient. No charge for parking. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Really I don’t think anyone would be disappointed especially for the price. I was very pleased in all respects.

Liked: Room was basic but pleasant. AC good, quiet. Decent bedding. Surprisingly quiet night given the hotel’s right next to the Interstate. Price was right!
Disliked: Only complaint was rusty tub—it looked as if a refinishing job didn’t take. Clean enough, but a bit offputting when I first looked in the bathroom.

I will not stay here...

Liked: The staff person was friendly.
Disliked: The refrigerator and floor was extremely dirty. I paid for a king bed, but was placed in a two bed room.
