Awful, smelled like weed, didn’t...

Disliked: The room smelled of weed as soon as you open the door. The clientele are sketchy. And there is a man who appeared to be mentally disabled walking around in the parking lot with his pants, falling down and being agitated by other clientele. I did not feel like this was a safe place to stay, nor was it a comfortable or “clean” Place either. The room was not dirty, but it was very old and not well kept. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Liked: I feel like it was a place for druggies and ladies of the night. People coming and going all night long. Rooms wasn’t very clean. Had a family emergency and had to take my wife to her daughters place 2 hrs. away and drove back to try to get a refund for the 2 nights we couldn’t stay and the girl at front seat wasn’t very friendly or helpful and didn’t even really care. I would not recommend this place to anyone to stay at.

Liked: The staff was really nice and it was in a good location
Disliked: The beds was really uncomfortable and the bathroom tub looked really bad and the room was just a little dirty

Liked: Nothing at all. This was a very bad experience.
Disliked: When I arrived at the hotel around 2:00 am, the hotel was closed. After driving 19 hours, I was looking forward to a few hours of rest. A sign said the operating hours are from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm. I was not going to try and find another hotel room. Nor was I going to get some sleep at a rest stop. the only option I had was to continue to drive to my final destination. The hotel got my money, but did not provide the services. I am a requesting a refund of the the money I spent, for the services I did not receive.
