Don't trust the hype

Liked: Despite the problems I'm listing below, the staff was very helpful and tried to accommodate our concerns (we got an upgrade to a better room in a peaceful building). The bathroom is beautiful. The architectural vibe was indeed interesting in different corners of the hotel. The sauna/relaxation place is nice. I was happy with the quality of the breakfast (e.g., omelet station and plenty of nice things).
Disliked: I guess I expected more (from a 5-star hotel standard), and it was just a terrible case of expectations vs. reality. The restaurant as a botanical garden is impressive, but what really matters in an accommodation is the overall quality of the space/room. We were so unlucky with room 301 in the green tower, side by side with an elevator. Everything seemed noisy.I'll list some of the additional inconveniences:- Inefficient check-in; - Small, tiny rooms vis-à-vis expensive price;- No proper space for luggage;- Paper-thin pillows;- No tea cattle;- We couldn't really understand the room temperature system (too cold during winter time?); the heated floor (in the bathroom) was too small/not powerful enough for the floor area;- Bad internet connection;- There isn't much in terms of common areas, the reception is very small. There is an area for guests to hang out at the bar/restaurant.- The hotel surroundings are not welcoming; it doesn't "feel" like a great area.

Liked: Great,clean room. Amazing facilities and friendly staff. Absolutely loved it!

Good place for a quick...

Liked: The room was spacious and nice.Breakfast was nice although pricey. Gluten free bread only available if inquired- dietary restriction products not displayed openly.
Disliked: No fridge in the room, the room itself was way too hot - no AC available, only heating. To cool the room down - only option was to open the window. Not a great solution while being next to a busy road.
